Quantum Solutions provides pre- and post- implementation stages of
Temenos GLOBUS/T24 projects.
The pre-implementation services encompass:

Reconciliation between the Legacy systems
and T24/GLOBUS during implementation, mock
conversions, mock parallels and Live
Conversion. The reconciliation tools are
vital to ensure the accuracy of the
information in the short timeframe of the
actual conversion process.

Quantum Solutions has also performed independent project audits and
produced reports regarding the go-live readiness of projects - this
gives the Bank's Project Managers a second opinion from a source
that knows GLOBUS T24, go-live projects and the banking industry.

The post-implementation services encompass:

Implementation of a Data Warehouse/Data Mart or integration of the
GLOBUS T24 information into an existing in-house solution. The Data
Warehouse/Data Mart serves as the basis for reporting, interface and
reconciliation solutions and addresses the normalization of jBASE
information, Data Cleansing, Versioning, Integration of Live,
History and Archive files.
* Automated interface and system reconciliation
* Quantum Solutions has provided its services to Front
Office/Trading, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance,
Wealth Management and covers all available product areas of Globus,
especially Cash Accounts, FX, MM, Loans and Deposits, Mortgages,
Letters of Credit, Securities and Static and Market Information.
* Quantum Solutions leverages from the expertise and experience of
pre- and post- GLOBUS T24 implementation projects. This expertise
and the use of our own set of tools and components enable us to
create added value for our clients in terms of:
* Cost savings: the usage of existing scripts and components for
versioning, archiving, cleansing and matching of information ensure
a timely implementation of solutions at a low cost
* Time savings: the implementation of automated reconciliation tools
will enable the client to successfully convert to GLOBUS T24 and make
decisions based on information that is available on time.
Furthermore, all developments will take the requirements after
conversion into consideration.
* Knowledge Transfer: Quantum Solutions will transfer the knowledge
of all implementations and processes and the knowledge about the
GLOBUS T24 system to the internal staff of the client. All solutions
